The place made our family feel right at home! Very cozy. Great location in terms of going to the beach or even St. Augustine. Ronnie and Marlo were very responsive and friendly. We absolutely plan on staying at this location again.

The little house was perfect for our stay. Very comfortable, quaint, and the hot tub and beautiful string lights made it feel like a real vacation. We had a couple of questions and they communicated back immediately and were very helpful and pleasant. The setting was gorgeous, in the middle of a vineyard, and super close to lots of yummy restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!

The condo was perfect for a family vacation. It’s in a gated community with lots of amenities. And it’s an easy walk across the street to the beach. It had lots of space for everyone and we felt right at home.

We had a lovely stay. It is a neat clean little house. It was just perfect for our needs. Ronnie and Marlo thought of everything. The place is also so well decorated. They have put a lot of thought, time and effort into this house. We will come back!

We booked this spot for a last-minute Easter Sunday bonfire at the beach w/ friends! They had been raving about how much they loved Esther Beach, so I was like “let’s go!” From the second we pulled in - it was awesome! Friendly neighbors, 2 res. parking spaces, & 1 min. walk to the sand. Shops, eateries & anything else we needed was walkable. The place was clean & pristine, comfy beds & plenty of room for the 3 of us. They were super quick to respond to any questions. I give it a 20 out of 10!! We will DEFINITELY be back!!

We had such a fantastic stay! The home is beautifully maintained and truly an A+ in every way. The location couldn't be better—super close to the beach and just a couple of blocks from the heart of the action on Flagler. This has been our FAVORITE AirBNB! Everything about this was amazing! Very clear instructions on how to find the home, to get inside, everything had been as described and even better! The home is clean, private, and felt very homey, and included everything you'd need from towels, linens, extra throw blankets, coffee in the cabinet, extra spices for cooking...it truly was a dream staying with Ronnie and Marlo. As we arrived, there was a black cat who greeted us...she is very sweet, loves pets, but is a little iffy when you invite her in. We named her Mara, and enjoyed getting to spend time with her. The backyard with jacuzzi is incredible! We took advantage and got in everyday, morning and night sometimes! Everything about this home really made our stay so comfortable, from the bed, bedding, the views, the stocked kitchen, having access to washer and dryer, spending time with Mara, etc., we cannot wait to stay again! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Great place, perfect location to walk to the downtown to great places to eat. Had a hot water situation that was addressed immediately and host was VERY responsive and concerned, it was taken care of right away. Beach location was spot on! Thanks again!

The condo was fantastic. It was well organized and had all the amenities one needs. The two pools were great and just a short walk to the beach. The condo was quiet and had a peaceful view on the screened in patio. We had a great stay!

This home was perfect for our families 1st trip to Florida. it was very clean, had everything you could possibly need for a stay. the pool was clean and provided our kids fun stuff to do on our relax days! close to everything we needed. Disney world was 1.5 hrs away and Kennedy space center was only an hr away. we loved the place so much we already booked spring break for next year! when I needed to ask questions, Ronnie and Marlo was very quick to answer. This was the best place we have ever rented. We were also a little early for check in (2hrs) and they had no issue with us coming early!
