The home sleeps five with a king bed in the main bedroom, a day-bed in the landing and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The ensuite bathroom and laundry room are located upstairs and are accessed thru the main bedroom.

This home away from home is an open one bedroom, one bath separate unit of a larger house with 10ft ceilings and plenty of room. The other unit is occupied by a quiet, single female tenant. There is no access between the units. There is also plenty of parking for a boat, camper or trailer.
