*Please read to the end. This stylish home comfortably accommodates up to 6 persons in three spacious bedrooms, each adorned with a plush king-sized bed. With 2.5 baths, including an ensuite bathroom for the pool-view bedroom, our residence ensures both comfort and convenience. Step into a world of tranquility within our private gated pool area, complete with a picnic table for delightful family gatherings. Simply stroll across the street to the beach and bask in the sun on your very own private ocean deck with direct beach access. Discover the charm of Ormond by the Sea, where a laid-back atmosphere, friendly locals, and a myriad of activities await. Explore open-air restaurants, indulge in shopping delights, or enjoy vibrant bars and entertainment, all just a short drive or leisurely walk away. Immerse yourself in the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement at our oceanfront oasis – your dream getaway awaits! *Pool- due to the crazy costs, the pool is not heated. Thus, the hot tub does not heat or bubble. *Parking- There is one driveway that will accommodate four small cars, BARELY. If you have trucks or SUVs, you will likely only be able to fit two in the driveway. There is not any other parking available (you can't park on the street, etc per the county).
