Also included are all new upper-scale kitchen appliances and a brand new Samsung washer and dryer combo. All furniture is either brand new, or sourced from the antique stores in the area. The two bedrooms are medium sized, and large flat screen TVs and brand new Green Tea memory foam mattresses (super comfy!) The house has three remote controlled A/C units- one in each bedroom, and one in the living room. They can turn the house into a meat locker on the hottest day if you wish! The living room and dining area are relatively small but very functional with a ceiling fan and another large flatscreen smart TV. The bathroom is a full bath with a tub, and all hot water is powered by a tankless heater for long showers.

There is a detached mother-in-law unit/ADU behind the main house with a very quiet semi-retired chef as a long term renter. He is 67 years old and only drives a scooter (parking is all yours). He has had a full background check and there are no criminal records on him whatsoever.
