As our guest, you have access to a private community boat launch, a locked trailer/boat storage area with CCTV, two community pools and a large community pier to fish from and watch the rocket launches! New!- There is now a private boat slip/lift in the marina available for an additional charge.

Bringing a boat or kayaks? If so, you are in the perfect spot as this property is just North of Mosquito Lagoon and South of New Smyrna Beach. This home has three bedrooms and two baths. One bathroom is a very large ensuite attached to the main bedroom. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need including coffee for the bright mornings. All community features listed above are within walking distance, and you may have some friendly Sand Cranes join you. Speaking of wildlife, there are always dolphins in the Intracoastal and manatees in the canal. Osprey, Herons, Bald Eagles, Pelicans and Egrets are plentiful.
