Good to know

This 1600 Sq Ft home has three large bedrooms and on bath, plus a fully fenced in back yard. Two of the bedrooms have lots of room with King sized beds, and the third bedroom has a super comfy Queen. Every bedroom has a 55" TV and the living room has a 65"! The AC is new and the house stays cool. There is parking for boats and trailers too!

I was very happy with my stay on Dixwood. Having 2 dogs, this was a perfect size home and had a fenced-yard, which was used routinely for the animals. You would never know that the house had such large bedrooms from the outside, with very comfortable beds and amount of decor was just enough. An eclectic, Florida feel. I used the office space, too. The bathroom was big enough and the kitchen had everything that was needed. The house has heat, which we needed for cooler days. They provided provisions for everything, even dog dishes and a log for the firepit. As for location, it was in an excellent spot, right between Riverside and Route 1. I absolutely loved the convenience of both. The pathway along the river was less than a block away and was easily accessible for my dogs. There is a cute juice bar and gift shop on the corner of Dixwood and easy to get to grocery, route 44, Canal St., and Flagler St causeway. Good restaurants in both parts of NSB. Would definitely stay again!

This was a perfect place for our family of 4 and 2 dogs when we came to the area for Thanksgiving. Was pleasantly surprised to find spare towels, every spice/pan/utensil I could need to make a full Thanksgiving dinner, a secure fenced yard for the dogs, and a gorgeous waterfront walking/running path at the end of the street (my daughter easily got in daily 4-mile runs on this paved path). Also pleasantly surprised to find well-cared-for plants in most rooms, laundry detergent--even a log for the fire pit. Really well stocked in thoughtful ways.
