Good to know

This roomy studio will sleep two adults in the king sized bed, and two children on the sofa and love seat. We can also provide a pack n play so you can bring the wee one. Your pup or meow meow is also welcome- fully fenced in private yard. We've converted this former art studio into a great vacation rental with beach access. The space is very roomy and easy on the eyes with white walls and beautiful art by several local talents. This property is a separate unit from a main house with its own large yard featuring Hibiscus, a large Sable Palm and many other tropical delights. When you walk out of the driveway, there is an undeveloped (no hotels) beach just yards away. Feel free to use the surf board, paddle board, beach wagon, folding chairs and beach towels during your visit. Pets are children are welcome. Please let us know what kind of pup you are bringing :).

The accommodations were just as pictured, spacious and beautiful space and very clean. Directly across from the beach which was just perfect. We had our dog with us and it was nice to have a fenced in yard for him and the patio to sit out at as well. Would definitely consider staying here again! Thank you.

A wonderful time spent at this beautifully decorated home! I could go on and on about how perfect this stay was. I will keep it short and sweet. The location is perfect, the unit it across the street from the beach. We were able to walk our dog every night and walk on the beach anytime. The road was not too busy! Unfortunately, it was not good to get in the water due to rip currents and tides but I would love to enjoy it whenever the beach is available. The unit was wonderfully decorated in tasteful art and so many pretty colors. It was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the charcoal grill and private patio. The shower was so relaxing! Our doggo really enjoyed having his own backyard. Communication with the owners were exceptional. There was a problem with the AC on the first night and within 15 min they sent their maintenance person. They were responsive and friendly. Overall, we would come back in a heartbeat.

My husband and I really loved the art and how well the space was used. Convenient to the beach but still quiet and private. The AC could have been a bit cooler, but overall, it was a great place to stay!

The hosts were incredibly polite and welcoming both before our arrival and throughout our stay. The studio was exactly as described and shown in the photos—absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and felt just like home. The beach is literally right across the street, which was such a bonus! This place is a true hidden gem at a great price, and it’s within walking distance to restaurants and live entertainment. Plus, it's pet-friendly with a fully fenced backyard—perfect for our furry companion. We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely be checking out their other properties when we travel again!

This was my second stay at one of Ronnie & Marlo’s properties, and I’ll absolutely be back again. We did have a couple of hiccups this time, but what really stood out was how quickly and thoughtfully they handled everything. They go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and have the best experience possible. I also love how dog-friendly their places are — my pup and I always feel right at home. The property is so close to the beach, and they’ve thought of all the little touches that make a stay easy and relaxing, from beach chairs and towels to an outdoor hose to rinse off and a washer/dryer. The bed was super comfortable, just like my last stay. Overall, I truly feel at home here and can’t wait to return. So much so, that I'm looking to stay at other properties along my cross country road trip. Highly recommend!

We had a relaxing and great stay at Ronnie and Marlo’s! With restaurants and Publix nearby we had everything we needed. The beach was steps away and very private! We hope to visit again soon. Thank you!

Hubby and I got away for last minute beach trip. The place was perfect, so clean, close to beach, and very quiet. We would come back for sure and next time with our pups.

This place was very beautiful and a great break from the usual beach condos with tons of people. The beach is not very populated but you still get the close by Daytona beach hotspots as well. Very lovely! The hosts were very accommodating and let us know ahead of time about an issue they were fixing with their wifi luckily they have another unit and let us use that wifi! Overall highly recommend!
