THIS CONDO IS MUCH CLOSER TO THE PUBLIC BEACH ACCESS THAN OTHER UNITS. In addition to the roomy home with plenty of closet space, you'll have access to a locked downstairs storage area for all your beach toys. We have provided you with a beach wagon, some chairs and beach towels. HAVE FUN! You deserve it :).

The place was really nice and well equipped, has everything you need to cook dinner, go to the beach/pool, and rest and relax. I loved the balcony for my early morning meditation and reading. Property was well kept and the facilities manager was very friendly. Everyone in my family enjoyed their stay.

Place was absolutely beautiful. The condo was very short walk to the beach. There were lots of little extras that made us feel at home. I would definitely stay here again but for more days.

Ronnie and Marlo were excellent hosts. Very friendly and accommodating. Anytime I had a question, they were very quick to respond. The condo was even nicer in person and spacious for our group of 5. The balconies had great views. Our whole group agreed we would stay there again.

We stayed for a week at Ronnie and Marlo’s place and it was great! We loved the layout and felt it was well equipped. We appreciated the wagon, beach chairs, towels, and pool noodles since we traveled by plane. The two pools were close and the beach was peaceful and only a short walk. May seemed like the perfect time to visit (not too hot and not busy at all). Ronnie and Marlo were very quick to respond to messages and made sure we had everything we needed. The next time we’re in NSB, we will absolutely stay again. Publix is only an 8-12 minute drive. Restaurant suggestions: The Garlic, Corkscrew, and AA Garden Fusion, GoJuice (açaí bowls), and Zeno’s Sweet Shop (ice cream).

From booking through checkout, everything was exceptional. We loved the area and plan to return. When we do, we will be contacting Ronnie and Mario to see what they have available
