This condo provides everything you need for a blissful beach getaway. There are two bedrooms and two full baths, a fully stocked kitchen, all brand new furniture, a newly remodeled one car garage, beach goodies, high speed internet and Roku TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. Living room TV is 65" and the bedrooms boast 50" TVs. The stunning beach access walk is located almost directly out the front door. Each bedroom has a Green Tea mattress, and the living room has a full sleeper sectional.

This place is a gem. Literally steps away from the beach.. clean, quiet neighborhood but close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. Ronnie and Marlo keep the condo stocked with plenty of towels, coffee, and plenty of supplies for the beach. We had a great time !!

Highly recommend this beautiful beach gem! The place was relaxing, clean, plenty of space, and a few steps to the beach. The hosts were super responsive and provided helpful direction. Will definitely be back!

One of the best AirBNBs we have ever stayed in! The photos and description match the property perfectly. The house was in a great location with everything we wanted to do within a 10 minute drive or less. It’s maybe a 2-3 minute walk from the door to the beach (plus you don’t have to cross busy Atlantic Avenue!) and they supplied a lot of quality beach supplies. We also saw a few turtles when walking the path from the house to the beach. The house was absolutely beautiful and decorated so cute. Stocked with all the things you need and more. Everything was spotless, AC worked great, and we LOVED having the garage for all of the beach stuff, packing/unpacking the car, etc. The host was wonderful, responsive, and pet friendly! We are so grateful to have found this home and will definitely be back.

Amazing location! Everything was as described and we had a great weekend. Beach gear was a huge plus!!! Restaurants were super close and everything was within driving distance. The walk to the beach was 30 seconds. Great stay!

My boyfriend, pups, and I came down to new Smyrna for a quick surf trip and Ronnie & Marlo’s place was the perfect spot with access right onto the beach. The place was very clean and pet friendly. I did mess up and lock myself out the first night (oops !) but Ronnie & Marlo were quick to respond with a solution!

We loved our stay! The house is right across from the beach access. We enjoyed beautiful morning and evening walks on the beach. We were even lucky enough to catch a nighttime rocket launch from Cape Canaveral. It was an awesome experience to see that. Ronnie and Marlo were excellent hosts. The home was well appointed and very clean! We will definitely be back! 10/10

Ronnie and Marlo are excellent hosts! Adorable and comfortable space! My girls and their friends had a fantastic weekend celebrating a birthday and the location was perfect for us! We are regulars in NSB with lots of local friends. It is our home away from home and this place will now be in my top 3 choices for BNB over there! Thanks again Ronnie and Marlo!
