The place is exactly as shown in photos. You are literally at the beach and just around the corner from the bars and restaurants. Such a convenient location with parking made it ideal for me and my husband. Bed was comfy and everything that you would need was in the unit. This was our first time to New Smyrna Beach and we enjoyed it!

Amazing location, right off Flagler Ave for a quick walk to all the restaurants, bars, and shops, but still tucked away enough to be in a quiet location at night. Short walk to the beach as well. Very spacious, large place. Loved the kitchen, large bedrooms, clean and modern bathrooms, and very nice attached garage. Definitely recommend!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Waterway Escape. The house was clean, bright, roomy, quiet and very pleasant. The outdoor space was private and nice too. . There were lots of thoughtful extras like coffee, creamer, candy, and toys and books for the kids. Our hosts (Ronie and Marlo) were very kind and helpful. We hope to stay again.

My family had a great stay at Pine Mountain Lake in Ronnie & Marlos place! We walked the streets in the morning with the kids amazed at the wild turkeys and deer everywhere, made cozy fires at night and enjoyed the HOT tub ( which was at a welcoming 104 degrees upon arrival ). The WiFi worked perfectly and all of the recommendations in the guestbook were very helpful.

The home was great. Very charming hardwood floors. Old Florida feel to the home. Very cute. I grew up in the area and felt right at home. The train isn’t loud and is a few miles away the entire town has to hear it, so you’ll hear it no matter where you stay. For me it adds a small charm to the stay and a touch of home. Being in the home you hardly notice it at all. Loved the layout, the living room was very cozy. The bed rooms were nice. Yard was great for my dog fully fenced in. I’ll be staying here if it’s available every time I come to town. Really liked it.

This place has so spectacular views. And I guest people who love private beach and surfers. If you want to stay in peaceful area beach, you must stay here. Swimming pool would be useful at the summer time. Ronnie and Marlo’s very kind host for help. Thanks for them.

We had a marvelous stay. Easy to get in, perfect for our dog and the neighborhood felt safe. We will be back! Thank you Ronnie and Marlo! My husband says the bed is more comfortable than our Sleep Number at home.
