Ronnie and Marlo's cabin near Sebastapol is truly a hidden gem. Their home is clean and stocked with amenities. They provided tons of recommendations for local eateries, wineries and recreational things to do. There is a grocery store nearby to stock up on items to cook at the cabin. The hot tub on the back porch is a great touch. You can't beat the view of the grape vines at dawn with a cup of coffee. The internet connection was great. The house does get chilly, but the electric fireplace space heaters work great and on the one cold night we experienced the wood stove perfectly heated the main rooms of the cabin. The only thing I would note for light sleepers is the bedroom is on the side of the cabin nearest the road, so you will hear vehicles going by during normal work commute hours....just something to be aware of. We had a great stay and would definitely come back with our pups in the future. Thanks!

Ronnie and Marlo have multiple short term rentals here. It is what they do, and they are conscientious professionals. There are thoughtful details that come from having extensive experience with a variety of guests. They were both warm and human yet very professional, and far better than those places where they have an extra space and rent it out occasionally. This is their business and it was obvious their experience has allowed them to anticipate what the guest might need and it has been chosen and provided with obvious attention to details. I have not stayed at any of their other places but would not be afraid to from what i experienced here.

Ronnie and Marlo's house was super spacious and exactly as the listing described. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and the hot tub! We only used the master bedroom since it was just 2 of us, but the bed was SO comfortable - always a nice thing to have when traveling! The house is in a great location & close to Yosemite, the only slightly inconvenient thing with the location and coming back from Yosemite is the front gate. You have to go in through the front gate every time you come back since guests only have a temporary version of the guest pass and it doesnt work at other entrances. Not a big deal, but cars can line up there and it's a little out of the way coming back from the park. Also, the couch and rug in the living room could really use a refresh/update, but other than that, the house was great and spacious, and we enjoyed our stay.

Ronnie and Marlo’s place was refreshing. It was easy to book and check in with no issues! They were very responsive and friendly. House was beautiful and loved that the main bedroom had a bathroom and TV. Would stay again! The location is great and a short drive to Flagler Ave and a lot of other great restaurants. Highly recommend Yellow Dog Eats, Norwood’s Treehouse and Wake Up Cafe.

The ladies had a great time. We were all impressed with the thoughtful touches like having ziplock storage bags to put stuff away. It was clean, organized, and spacious. We didn't feel like we were on top of each other. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this spot! Way better than staying in a stuffy hotel in town. Close enough to everything yet peaceful and serene. Cottage was adorable. The hot tub was a treat at the end of the day. Loved it!

Perfect location in NSB! Literally steps to the beach and right around the corner to a main street with restaurants and shops that was perfect to walk to. Condo was cute and very clean. We will definitely be back for a quick beach weekend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An absolute beach paradise! Our stay here was nothing short of amazing! The hosts were truly the most hospitable and thoughtful hosts we’ve ever had. The property was spotless and beautifully maintained, with every detail thought through to make it feel like a true home away from home. The beach view is beautiful and the porch is a perfect place to have your morning coffee or a cocktail in the evening. This beach condo feels like a little slice of paradise! I can’t recommend this place enough, a beautiful, clean, and relaxing escape. We’ll definitely be coming back when we are in NSB again! 🌴☀️💙

We loved our stay! Daphne our 25 week Corgi loved this place and felt right at home on her first trip away from home. The unit has ample space and all the amenities are in great condition. We will stay here again and recommend it to all my friends.
